Hi Rita!

Here is a copy of all the changes you asked for.

This is a special site that, at the moment, is only available to you, me and Charles. We will need to submit these to our Board at the next meeting for further ratification, but I expect they will endorse these changes. When you submit these to the City Attorney's office, please be sure you sent them (him) this web link, as the standard site DOES NOT have these changes.

We also need to present the City Attorney's issues to our Board at the next meeting, which is Wed. January 15th, 2003 (where did 2002 go?) Our by-laws require that we have the changes posted to our website 5 days ahead of the meeting [12:01 a.m Jan 10th.] And obviously we will need time to make those changes. It won't give us much time at all, but if you could please have the CA's changes to us by Jan 8th we will work extra hard and have this work posted by the deadline.
