Dear Friends:
It is my understanding that the group wants to submit amended bylaws, and that you want to add Jane Lowenthal to your contact list.
Please submit your amended bylaws to me, electronically, so that we may review them for the outstanding changes. Do not send me a website address, simply your complete bylaws in the appropriate format.
In reference to Ms Lowenthal, you currently have five contacts on your application:

The application states that:
"Every application shall include contact information for no less than three (3) and no more than five (5) people who shall act as official contacts between the applicants and DONE until the proposed Neighborhood Council is certified."
If you wish to add Ms Lowenthal, please submit a revised Contact Liaison Roster as an amendment to your application, to the Department.
