Dear Friends:
I will be sending you a written report on the bylaws submitted by Charles Brink, to the Board of Neighborhood Commissioners, on Tuesday, February 25, 2003.
I have been informed by the Council Advice Division of the Office of the City Attorney that Ms Lowenthal indicated that she would be submitting newly revised bylaws. However, they have not been received.
Since Ms Lowenthal is not a contact on the application, please respond to this email message indicating that such a submission is approved and on behalf of the Northridge Community Council, and/or submit the revised bylaws yourselves. Understand that communication for purposes of your application for certification must come from the contacts listed in your application. Your other option, as I indicated in my e-mail message to you on 1/29/03, is to submit an amended contact list approved by the current contacts, which includes Ms Lowenthal.
Our report will be based on the bylaws that have been submitted by Mr. Brink, so if you would like us to consider a revised version, you must submit it immediately.
