Board Member Charles Brink, temporary acting president, called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Brink introduced Jane Lowenthal as the moderator for a Candidate forum. Eight local residents were on hand to explain their platforms as potential City Councilpersons for the proposed Third Council District for the proposed new Valley city that is on the November 5, 2002 ballot.
The candidate presentations were followed by questions from the audience.
Brink thanked the audience and the candidates for appearing.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
