New Business

The department of Aging and the mayor office's will make presentations.

Elections for Board of Directors. We have 10 candidates for 10 seats.

Vote on proposed Bylaw Changes requested by DONE  Unless we make these changes DONE refuses to bring the vote on our certification to the commission.

A proposed bylaw change by Dorothy Boeberg to define in the by laws specifically the month for nominations as October, Elections in November and the new directors take their seats in January. These will be discussed at this meeting and voted on at our next meeting as our bylaws allow.

A motion to allow the Council to protest DONE certifying any council within our boundaries prior to a vote on our certification.

The community will be asked to comment on issues that they think are important concerning Northridge as a community.
